This should mean CVODE/IDA build with BLAS/LAPACK again.

Fixes #147 (rebased and fixed version of #160).
@stuart-nolan This should fix the LAPACK/BLAS issue, I'm looking at why CVODES/IDAS aren't linking properly in a separate PR.
