I tried to find the original URL in several archives, but was not able to find the original document to compare the content. The path suggests that it could be reasonably the same file, so I’m going to merge this now to limit the amount of time spent on it.
@matthewjablack: If you could take a look and confirm that this was the intended target of the link that would be great.
