Summary

The same approach used for .amp and .lite pages was followed

app checks the URL for .offline using a simple regex pattern. When found isOffline flag gets set true and passes through the app via RequestContext.

On the article page, conditional checks were added - if isOffline is true - ads, analytics, sidebar, and promotional banners don't render, everything else renders normally.

A meta tag was added that Google and other search engines to ignore these pages completely.
