I think "learning" -> "Learn" so that its clear its the old Learn section and avoid folks misinterpreting it as us not having guides of any kind.

Where else could we direct them?
Cookbook guides generally should be audited to ensure they're still working. And given the shift away from social likely would want to point them towards other content in this section (if we're going to retain the cookbook section overall)
