Noticed this during the workshop...

This MOB line:

MOB	11	188,211,212	REL606	490484	IS150	1	-1	ins_end=CATT

Causes a VCF line with empty alternative allele (which is illegal):

REL606	490484	.	TG		.	PASS	AF=1.0000;AD=85.5;DP=85.5

This makes it so the file won't load in IGV.
