Object that create and send magic packets.
Run with Execute(list of macs, list of IPs)
Per mac address create WOL message & sends per IP address that WOL message on port 9.
Returns dictionary with 2 lists, not used mac addresses and not used IP addresses.
Was tested on Ubuntu, Windows & Mac.
