Our current terraform is designed to deploy a fixed number of compute nodes and relies on static IP addresses. Further it does a lot more than deploy just bacalhau e.g. docker network job proxy, ipfs nodes, etc. This behavior should come in the form of additional modules, with the initial modules designed just to deploy bacalhau nodes.
