feat: ui interface to interact with agentcore runtime agents

Description

Introduces a modern web interface for interacting with AgentCore agents and inspecting memory resources.

Key Features:

• Interactive chat interface with markdown support
• Session management and memory inspection
• OAuth and IAM authentication support
• Local and remote agent connectivity
• Mock mode for testing the UI

Components:

• React 19 + TypeScript frontend with Tailwind CSS
• FastAPI backend serving REST API and static assets
• introduces --ui flag to agentcore launch
• adds agentcore ui CLI commands to launch the UI only connecting to a remote agent

Requirements: Agents must accept input as {"prompt": "message"} to work with the UI.
