  • implement the new tracking logic on the Avail Light Client that periodically sends SignedPing messages to the Avail Light Client Tracking Service servers
  • add the tracking_state field to the ClientState struct
  • change the attributes and the update_multiaddress to be async due to the Mutex requirements of the tracking_state
