Attempting to build from source will return errors related to redundant static constexpr definitions under ros list_parameters__struct.hpp and parameter_type__struct.hpp when building grid_map_cv

after removing the redundant expressions, building will give

I'm not sure about the detail of the error, but for avoiding Werror how about colcon build --symlink-install --cmake-args -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-w" --packages-select trajectory_follower?
