Autoware ECU test matrix

During this week's Open AD Kit working group meeting, it was suggested that a test matrix should be created for Autoware to track what has been tested and on what hardware. This could also be added to the main supported hardware page, when the existing supported hardware Google Doc is added to Autoware documentation (be that the main docs or the Open AD Kit docs).

The table below is an initial thought on what that test matrix might look like to start off the discussion. Suggestions for additions/changes to the table are welcome, as are testers who are willing to test Autoware on these platforms!
