Open AD Kit WG meeting schedule proposal

At present, the Open AD Kit working group meets every week at a date and time determined by the following schedule:

• Slot 1: Wednesday 10pm UTC (chair: David)
• Slot 2: Wednesday 3pm UTC (chair: Armağan)
• Slot 3: Thursday 6am UTC (chair: Lalith)

Unfortunately attendence during the third slot on Thursdays at 6am UTC has been significantly lower compared to the other slots, and so a new schedule is being considered that follows a similar schedule to that recently adopted by the ODD working group.

Meetings will be held at the same time for an entire month, change to a different time for the next month and then back to the first time slot. The purpose being that holding the meeting at the same time for an entire month will allow working group members to attend more consistently.

For the Open AD Kit working group, the proposal is as follows:

• For odd-numbered months, meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 10pm UTC
• For even-numbered months, meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 3pm UTC
