  • Yang: can we add binary modules to Core/Universe?
    • Probably not for Core. We can accept it as Universe module as long as they follow the Autoware Interface and have enough documentation.
    • We can add the explanation to contribution guide.
  • Fatih: We might want to have more details about non-goals to avoid confusion.
