Many minor fixes and additions.

Stats cmd no longer bugs out sometimes.
Game will save when the bot shutsdown and is set as the game again when you start it up again.
Option to use webhooks (is the default now) for keyword notifications.
Server roles info with the >server role <role_name> command.
Other minor quality of life changes.
