Add GraalVM Reachability Metadata and corresponding nativeTest for Presto

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Add GraalVM Reachability Metadata and corresponding nativeTest for Presto.
• According to the findings of Change the Docker Image used by the Presto module to prestodb/presto testcontainers/testcontainers-java#8946, SQLException thrown when Connection.setAutoCommit(false) and then Connection.setAutoCommit(false); prestodb/presto#15916 and Missing an HTTP endpoint to ensure the Presto Docker Container is ready prestodb/presto#23226 , the minimum version of Presto JDBC Driver used by ShardingSphere has been changed to 0.290 which contains the corresponding fixes.
• Prestissimo is not the focus of this PR because this PR only focuses on the processing of the Presto JDBC Driver side.
• Parts not relevant to this PR will be split,
  • Support for connecting to Presto's Memory Connector in ShardingSphere config #34432
