[FLINK-37557] Fix ResolvedSchema#getPrimaryKeyIndexes

What is the purpose of the change

Fixes the getPrimaryKeyIndexes method to return indexes in the physicalRowDataType

Verifying this change

All existing tests pass. Added a specific test.
