The Docker buildx setup and gcloud Docker credential helper steps are removed from the GoUsingJava Dataflow post-commit test. These steps are no longer required as the test uses the default container provided by the Dataflow runner, eliminating the need for a custom container build. This change simplifies the workflow and reduces setup time.
