fix: misplaced "Resend ping" button on /customers page

Issue: #3303

Description

Fixed the misplaced "Resend ping" button in the Charges section of the customer drawer on the /customers page.

Problem

The "Resend ping" button was incorrectly positioned below the "Refund Options" link instead of being aligned to the right side of the charge entry, making it inconsistent with the UI pattern used in the "Send missed posts" section.

Solution

Restructured the ChargeRow component to match the layout pattern used in the "Send missed posts" section:

• Wrapped the main content (price/date row and "Refund Options" link) in a grow div
• Moved the "Resend ping" button (PingButton) as a direct sibling to the grow div
• Leveraged the existing CardContent flex layout (flex justify-between) to align the button to the right
