What is the purpose of this PR?
Goal is to reduce dependencies, thus I got rid of the
ark-analysisdependency and made the torch version dependency more flexible.How did you implement your changes
I copied the
example_dataset.pyand the according tests from ark-analysis and changed thepyproject.toml.Remaining issues
