This adds a series of wasm-pack test cases for confirming legion works in wasm. No actual changes were made except for changing a few tests to
pub, then adding the serious of wasm dev requirements andcfgcompile flags for allowing testing.Testing is done with:
wasm-pack test --node -- --no-default-featuresThis is not possible to do in CI currently, as the action-rs workflow does not include installing node and wasm-bindgen toolchains for proper testing.
