Comparing by `getValue(MILLISECONDS)` is not sufficient to distinguish shorter durations, or duration with difference smaller than milliseconds. Additionally, this changes `getValue` itself. Multiplication with `millisPerTimeUnit` division was introducing additional double math error, so was replaced with as direct as possible calculation.
