This change introduces a variant to the xsnap-worker Makefile (Mac) such that
make -f xsnap-worker.c LIB=1 CC=clangproduces a statically linked library withxsnapMaininstead ofmain, suitable for use with CGO to generate a Go binary with an embeddedxsnap-worker.
