Some OAI servers send their responses with the application/xml content-type (for example https://www.e-periodica.ch/oai/dataprovider?verb=ListRecords&from=1921-07-15T20%3A58%3A49Z&metadataPrefix=oai_dc). Could you add this ?

And I have the feeling that "charset=utf-8" was not at the right place.
