The software will still be far from finished. The major part is still in development.
But at least processing existing CMFs is feature-complete.

These are the feature which will be implemented:

• Install and uninstall a mod
• Enable and disable installed mods
• Solve compatibility issues automatically
• Allow to solve collisions manually if it is not possible to solve them automatically

Also, the code has docstrings and is written clearly.
