Stability and interface update

• Command line interface now supports different usernames for middle and target server
• Middle and target servers can now be specified as optional arguments
• Introduces latency of 3 seconds to prevent traffic overload
• Now ignores hidden files
• Adds ability to specify path to fswatch if now available in PATH variable
