All looks good to me now! The code in demo/ and test/ use fixedBufferStream which is deprecated to be replaced by Reader.fixed and Writer.fixed (sorry for not spotting this earlier!), but the main code works on both 0.15.2 and master now, which is really handy. So making those further changes is not super necessary at this moment.
