π Hi, I'm Zaoqu Liu
MD candidate and PhD student at Peking Union Medical College
My research primarily explores the role of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in cancer progression, metastasis, and drug resistance.
I employ advanced techniques like:
- Single-cell RNA sequencing
- Spatial transcriptomics
- In vitro & In vivo models
These help me understand the tumor microenvironment's complex interactions and its impact on cancer development and therapy response.
In addition to my research, I develop several tools to perform data analysis, optimization, and survival modeling, particularly in the biomedical field:
- IRLS β Machine learning-based integrative analysis for survival tasks.
- BioEnricher β A bioinformatics tool for enrichment analysis and visualization.
- MOFS β Multimodality Fusion Subtyping.
- TimeCCI β Temporal Cell-Cell Communications.
- SurvivalML β Identification and Validation Robust Prognostic Biomarkers and Signatures.
Let's connect and collaborate!
Iβm passionate about bridging biomedical research with advanced computational techniques to better understand complex diseases and their treatments!
I am always looking to collaborate on innovative research and open-source projects that push the boundaries of data science and biomedicine.
Feel free to explore my work and reach out if you'd like to collaborate!
