Adds a column to the plugins screen to keep notes, turn on auto updates, or lock out updates entirely.

Installation

Manual Installation

1. Upload the entire /wds-plugin-police directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate WDS Plugin Police through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
