Fixes a // issue in Windows, but is incompatible with just 0.1

  • Devs no long have to use ${VSI_PATH_ESC} when declaring paths. Instead, they define {PROJECTNAME}_AUTO_ESCAPE to a regex that will auto add / for you
  • Manually adding the extra slash can be done using JUST_PATH_ESC (renamed)
