Phase 1 - 2 days a week

Design read in

• Agenda: Allowing UCLA team members to become the authority on the design; ensure that components will be built to design

✅ Day 1: API / Backend Set up

• Attendees: Whomever is managing on UCLA + Project Leads + Drew
• Agenda: Detail read in to familiarize Drew with data sources: CMS, API, and how this information will get structured

✅ Day 2: Nuxt Set up & Storybook

• Attendees: Project lead + Drew
• Agenda: Drew to set up code base; Add Nuxt / Storybook initial deployment

✅ Week 2

✅ Day 1: Draft Component Breakdown (Tues)

• Agenda: Drew to instruct UCLA team on componetizing the website; handing over process to UCLA team

✅ Day 2: Component review (Thurs / Fri)

• Agenda: Reviewing component progress and answering questions

✅ Day 1: Team Component Building

• Agenda: Drew doing code reviews of team's PRs

✅ Day 2: Home page assembly

• Agenda: Drew to code review PRs, and start page assembly of home page and global elements.

Phase 2 - 1 day a week

✅ Week 5: Code reviews of open PRs

May 6th, Moved to 1 day a week for 8 weeks today.

✅ Week 6: Review Component list of next section, more code reviews.

• Originally was schedule for May 13th. Was rescheduled due to Funkhaus Webby award sprint. Was instead done on May 20th. Attendees: Project Leads

✅ Week 7: Review completed Component Requests

• Originally was scheduled for May 27th, but rescheduled because Josh requested by Slack. Attendees: Project Leads.

✅ Week 8: Code reviews

• Originally was scheduled for June 10th, but rescheduled to June 17th because Drew was on vacation. Attendees: Entire team.

✅ Week 9: Code reviews

• Team requested hard stop at 5pm, so this is the first day doing 10am to 5pm. Will save unused 1 hours at end of day to be used as a bonus day at end of engagement. Attendees: Entire team

• Wired up Events page Libcal queries today!

✅ Week 10: Site Assembly

• Connected to Craft via GraphQL Request.

• Attendees: Project Leads

✅ Week 11: Finish remaining Component Requests

• Code review of staff pages, more work on Search Generic component. Attendees: Everyone.

✅ Week 12: Code reviews & Site Assembly

• Attendees: Entire team. Got FlexibleBlocks working. Got HeaderSticky working.

✅ Week 13: Code reviews & Site Assembly

• An extra day as Drew had skipped a week early for Webby award work.

✅ Week 14: Code reviews & Site Assembly

• A bonus day to use up all remaining 1 hour chunks from previous weeks. 6 hours if we stayed on plan.
