Document coding standards for Solidity and TypeScript for the trusted-seed

  • Document the coding standards in readable language within a markdown file in the project root.
  • The relative rc files will be the golden source of truth (eslintrc, solhintrc).
  • Integrate linting into github actions on all commits

I'm using the following as a template:

both need to be stripped down to the bare minimum imo and given this project is open source extra emphasis may be needed for code documenting and maybe even auto-api generation 🤔
