We have two cliques for biomarker. One that uses CHEBI and MESH (CHEBI:59163) and one that just has UMLS:C0005516. MRCONSO links the UMLS and MESH terms. The CHEBI/MESH one is coming from the chemical clique.

Another example is NSAID which has a UMLS clique (UMLS:C3536840) and a CHEBI clique (CHEBI:35475)
