DEFAULT VOICE FEEDBACK FOR KEY-PRESSING

By default, when you activate the Loop:

Map Voice FeedBack is OFF
Typing Voice FeedBack is OFF
Weapon Voice FeedBack is ON (Deploying/Retracting)
