Compatibility with the Invictus v1.8 map and Hyperborea Region; some new events that spawn native tribesmen and lower population capacity to prevent wiping out the culture and religion by expanding blobs. Germanic migrations modifier strengthened slightly for end-game germanic tribes with some additional morale and discipline.
