Adds Image processing functionality that runs on upload and whenever the metadata is updated

Testing

Replace settings_forms.py file with the updated file from here
Upload sample file and use the following values for metadata:
- Image Type: 8-bit
- Width: 600
- Height: 730
- Number of images: 170
- Byte Order: Big Endian
- Use Binary Correction: True
After successful upload wait a couple of mins and refresh the listing to see the processed image files
