Welcome to Strange Loops Audio

We create audio plugins and software, all free and open source!

Our current catalog is:

  • gRainbow: a pitch-detecting granular synthesizer (standalone, VST3, AU, LV2)
  • The Harmonigon: a simple interactive harmonic table MIDI sequencer/synthesizer (standalone)
  • Standard Input M4L (aka std::input): A Max for Live version of Standard Input, a mouse signal modulator
