added GPIO, digital, analog and read vdd API
ovrerloaded function to join via OTAA using the pre programmed hwEUI of the RN module.

also added #ifdef for ARDUINO_ARCH_SAM taht uses "UARTCLass" instead of "Uart" like SAMD does
