This is a first implementation to test a way to define footstep character relative sound configurations. The FES file with the sound configuration for footsteps is currently referenced in the footstep notify, this is demonstration of an alternative way to notify the character about a footstep in order to play scoped sounds (e.g. based on current equipment, I might want to add chainmail instead of cloth sounds to my footsteps).
I couldn't find a way to do that so I drafted this one to discuss on @Sixze 's discussion area
