Let's migrate to use ruby_lsp's debugger client. You can do the migration by running the Migrate launch.json configurations from rdbg to ruby_lsp VS Code command.
It'll provide better debugging information when tasks/debugger is not working correctly.

Motivation
Add a task for debugging load failures during
tapioca gem, such as in #2351
