was literally wondering about this just now and debugging today :) I'm curious why symlinks weren't used in the first place? edit: ah, answer is that mklink requires admin on windows, so this isn't a long-term solution |

Create exe shims using a symlink to actual exe.
Motivation and Context
My work antivirus has flagged kiennq shim as problematic.
I thus tried and made exe shims using symlinks instead.
