Initial release of the slide template for presentations and lectures. The template tries to include as few external packages as necessary to enable compatibility with future updates on LaTeX packages. There are a couple of layouts available to arrange content. The template is inspired by a former university-specific template at Ulm University: https://github.com/SoftVarE-Group/SlideTemplate

The template can be easily adapted to fit the corporate identify of a particular university by creating a fork of this project. This has been done already for some universities: https://github.com/SEatUPB/FancyBeamer/forks

The template comes with several features to be extended in future releases:

• slide layouts with default animation
• easy navigation in slides (incl. navigation across different lectures)
• section and content overviews
• configurable title slide
• dark mode available
• unique page numbers for animated slides
• commands to automatically include the source of pictures
• demo slides available
