Any background context you want to provide?

ICF has requested a few changes.

What's this PR do?

  • Adds a search/autocomplete to the Goal dropdown.
  • Removes blank/unnecessary columns (address line 1, custom ID, UBID).
  • By default, the access levels will be hidden.
  • Enables freezing (pinning) of any column. By default PM Property ID and Property will be pinned left.

How should this be manually tested?
