fix(RHINENG-14831) Handle errors in SP validator job

Overview

This PR is being created to address RHINENG-14831.

• Handles yaml-parsing errors in fetched schemas, leaving an explanation comment on the PR
• Refactors some of the logic to simplify the flow
• Adds type hints
• Adds a test for yaml parsing failures
