This PR gets QKL onto 1.20.4, it is in sync with @moehreag's changes for QSL in QuiltMC/quilt-standard-libraries#356, this will remain a draft until an official release of QSL for 1.20.4 is ready.
Notable changes to API surface:
Text.nbtextension functions becauseTextDatais now a more complex interface which cannot be represented as a function.Oh right, and actions isn't going to like this PR because QSL 8.0.0 isn't hosted anywhere yet...
