Description
This MR fixes the (currently) broken /help command by implementing recursive command printing.
I have tried to follow the Java implementation's behavior without looking at it's code.
I have (re)written the code myself and did not use AI.
I am fine with this contribution being (re)licensed under either of MIT, GPLv3, GPLv3, AGPLv3, LGPLv3 without asking again. Feel free to ask for other licenses if you intend to switch the license in the future.
Testing
All 8 pages of /help command work.
