fix: hanging and wall sign placement/use

Description

• Hanging and wall signs can now be placed/used

Testing

Under two conditions, the signs cannot be placed atm:

• If you click the floor next to a wall with a hanging sign (it disappears)
• If you try to place a hanging sign on the side of another hanging sign

I'm not looking to fix these rn (but I can take a look later). I just wanted to get most sign use/placement working for now.

Overall, other placements and orientations worked great for me

Torches already work, though? Other issues can be created for additional blocks.

Edit: We can definitely leave it open for a future hanging wall sign fix, if that's what you meant.
