Add support for RelMeAuth, sort of #108

This doesn't do the backlink flow, instead it'll just authenticate the person as the referred profile. This isn't ideal or entirely what's intended by RelMeAuth, but it at least suffices to make that common IndieWeb use case "work."

So for example if a user declares on example.com/~fred that they have a rel="me" to Mastodon, then this will just hand everything off to Mastodon, and Authl will report the Mastodon profile as being canonical.

This is a step closer to RelMeAuth support, but is not quite enough to consider #93 to be closed.
