Hi team In this pull request I have added two files

SnipeIT-IAC/terraform/create-ec2/main.tf

This terraform file will create ec2 instance in the AWS

SnipeIT-IAC/.github/workflows/create-ec2-using-tf.yml

This github action will trigger the above terraform file.
for Demonstration I have attached video link below.
