To install, copy+paste obs-hydra.dll to your obs-plugins/64bit/ directory.
For the default OBS installation location, this will be C:\Program Files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit
If you've had OBS installed for a long time, it might be in Program Files (x86) instead.
