  1. Update Sync-KrbAccount.ps1 

    According to documentation for replsingleobj it's supposed to be:    repadmin /replsingleobj dest-dc01 source-dc01 cn=VPSales,ou=execs,dc=contoso,dc=com

Using $Env:ComputerName would require being logged in to DC
